The Far Niente Main House is a luxurious three story gulf front villa with a connecting guest house. The main house sleeps 13 guests across three stories of living space. The first floor is furnished with two queen beds and 1 full bathroom. The second floor has 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and 1 full bath. The third floor has 3 bedrooms: one king-size bed, one queen-size and two bunks with 2 full baths.
House amenities include a whirlpool bath, a surround sound stereo system, 50 inch TV, VCR / DVD player, two spacious porches, 2 fireplaces: 1 in Living Room and 1 in Master Bedroom.
Enjoy a private walkover to THE BEACH with complimentary daily lounge and umbrella set up (March thru October), just feet from the waters edge.
The Far Niente Guest House is located directly behind the main house. It is a lovely two story guest house with a connecting walkway to the main house. This house has two bedrooms and two and a half baths, as well as a sleeper for additional guests. It sleeps a total of 4-6 guests. Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the second floor living room!

The Scenic 30-A Highway offers many quaint, roadside shops as well as larger shopping areas at Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Silver Sands, one of the countries largest outlet centers, is located 25 miles from Carillon Beach in Sandestin.
Many five star restaurants are within minutes of Carillon Beach. Captain Anderson’s, located in Panama City Beach, has been a local’s family favorite for decades. In addition, many high-end restaurants are located along Scenic Highway 30-A just a few miles from Carillon Beach.
